commissions 

Due to the fact that I am a starving college student (err.. intellectually starving, riight.. *eyes manga she doesn't have*), I am now offering commissioned art. ^_^ Yes, I am for sale. Buy me! ;_; Commissions are a first come, first serve deal - if I get too many commissions I'll have to put them on hold so I can get it all done in a reasonable amount of time, so get yours right away! *beg*

What you get:
Any picture of your choice, from cute to romantic to sexy to steamy, within the price limits outlined below. Work is completed quickly and you see the final product before paying. The drawing will be on either 8.5x11" 24lb paper or 9x12" bristol, inked with Koh-I-Noor ink that lasts. I can either colour it with Prismacolor Art Markers (in which case you have the option of receiving the original artwork in the mail), coloured pencils, or on the computer; if you chose computer colouring you can get the original sketch (inked), a high-resolution copy of the file on CD, and a photo-quality print if you'd like that too (or I can just e-mail it to you with no shipping charge).

Will do:
Furries, anime, realistic animals, sci-fi (some costs extra; see below), fantasy (dragons, other fantasy creatures, etc). Yiffie/hentai stuff is fine, though I have some limits. Anything romantic, cute, goofy, whatever. Shounen- and shoujo-ai are both fine, as of course is traditional M/F. Nudity (preferably artistic). Violence is always groovy. I am totally cool with a vast array of things, from bondage to furplay to.. well.. lots of things. (Oh my god, I sound like a hooker.) If in doubt, ask me if I'll do it up front.

Won't do:
Nothing involving anything that's just gross - if you want to know if something's okay, ask. No sex involving minors or realistic animals.. I won't do anything illegal. Also, you must have the copyrights to the character you want me to draw. Oh, and nothing involving tentacles please. ;P

$10 - One character, inked, no background.
+$10 - Each additional character/figure.
+$10 - Coloured picture, either using Prismacolor Art Markers, coloured pencils, or coloured on my computer using Painter and PSP 6.0.
+$10 - Simple background.
+$20 - Complex background.
+$10 - Extremely intricate elements (in a car, etc) or mechanical parts. (They take up lots of time!)

Basically, the price goes up as the drawing gets more complicated. So a drawing of three characters, coloured, with a simple background will cost you $50 (and make you eligible for free shipping within the US! Woo!).

How it works
You e-mail me saying that you want to commission me, and give me a brief idea of what you want and how much you'd like to pay (see below). Example: "Hi, I'm Sue, I'd like to commission you for a two-character furry piece with a simple background for $40.. It's just a cute pic I had in mind of two of my female characters." I'll write back as quickly as I can to confirm that I can do/want to do the commission (I reserve the right to refuse a commission if it's just weird or something). You respond with a description of exactly what you want - please make it as DETAILED AS POSSIBLE. The more details you give me, the faster I will complete the commission. Pictures of the characters you have in mind also help a LOT. I draw a sketch, and e-mail you a copy to approve, making changes if necessary. I then finish the picture, and you see a small finished copy before you pay. You then pay, and I either send you a high-resolution copy of the image through e-mail, or snail mail you the hard copy.

Payment
Payment must be received in full before you get the final copy of your picture. I accept PayPal (NO CREDIT CARDS, thank you), personal checks, or money orders. Well-concealed cash is at your own risk. Please note all payment must be processed and completed before your artwork is shipped out.

Shipping
Shipping is a flat fee of $5 within the US; for other countries I'd have to check it out before I agreed to the commission. SHIPPING ON ANY COMMISSION OF $50 OR MORE IS FREE. Also, any commission of $60 or above receives a FREE chibi (super-deformed) coloured drawing of the character of your choice. Ooh, incentives. ^_^

Feel free to ask me any questions you have, and I'll do my best to answer them. ^^ Also, I would like to note that I expect all commissions to be done in a timely fashion, so if I take an unreasonable time to get back to you - more than a week - your commission is FREE.
